CARP RESERVE SYNDICATE
Carp reserve info
Carp reserve is a 25 member syndicate which runs from 31ST March to 31ST March.
The lake is about 3 acres with lots of islands and is very weedy, it has lots of horn wart, lillies, reeds and blanket weed but also gives the carp a very good natural food larder.
Carp reserve is fully fenced with a single electric wire around the outside. It is 100% otter proof and works a good.
The lakes security is perfect with a main combination locked gate then our very own combination locked car park.
The syndicate cost is £450 per year (31st March to 31st March)
There is a flushing toilet on site.
The lake stock is growing at a perfect steady rate, with a few over 30lb and lots of 20lb backup carp. The whole stock at a guess is about 70 to 80 carp well worth catching. Each year we stock 3 or 4 quick growing good looking carp between 10lb to 25lb to keep things moving in the right direction.
It is not only the security and beauty of the lake that makes this place perfect to fish, the carp are incredibly stunning and scaly sourced from my stock pond over the last 9 years.
Carp reserve rules.
1. Membership money to be paid before end of march. No refund for any reason.
2. No guns.
3. No fires.
4. Leave no litter.
5. Please respect the owners, people using the lane and bridle way. Please Drive slow.
6. All members fish at there own risk, no responsibility will be taken for any loss or damage to equipment, vehicles and injury to persons.
7. Dogs must be controlled at all times.
8. Keep to designated track at all times. Shut all gates behind you and lock.
9. If alcohol affects your ability to fish or to use proper fish care the person responsible will be banned. No drugs.
10. No fish to be moved in or out of any lakes.
11. A maximum of 3 rods.
12. No carp sacks.
13. Each member will be held completely responsible for any visitor visiting them at any time. (No late night visits please) This includes speeding down the track. Locking the gates. Leaving gates open. Being loud.
If the gate code gets given to to many members friends then il have to control visits.
14. Boat use is allowed....
no life jacket no boat use.
Don't ruin anyone else's fishing when using it.
