This is a 20 member syndicate dedicated to catfish only. No carp fishing and no carp tackle allowed.
The lake is just 1 acre in size. One half is about 13ft, the other is about 4ft deep and there are 7 swims on one side only.
The lake's cat stocks consist of 40 cats between 25lb to 84lb with plenty of 40s and 50s, 3 or 4 60,s a couple of 70s and an 80.
The syndicate price from 2024 is £300 a year which runs from March to March.
This lake is fully fenced to protect fish from otters.
We have a flushing toilet on site.
We have a small and private Facebook group page which all the members use to find out who is going and when and they share photos of catches. 
Most of our cats are now micro-chipped for identification so we can monitor growth rates.

Cat reserve rules.


1. Membership money to be paid before the end of march. No refunds for any reason. 
2. No guns.
3. No fires.
4. Leave no litter.
5. Please respect the owners and the people using the bridleway. 
6. All members fish at there own risk. No responsibility will be taken for any loss or damage to equipment vehicles and injury to persons. 
7. Dogs must be controlled at all times. 
8. Keep to designated tracks at all times. Lock gates behind you. 
9. If alcohol affects your ability to fish or to use proper fish care the person responsible will be banned. 
10. No fish are to be moved in or out of any lake without prior consent from management. 
11. A maximum of three rods. 
12. No carp sacks.
13. Minimum mono line 20lb minimum braid 50lb.

Only use live baits caught on site 
All hooks must be barbless. 
No meat springs of any size any sort.

17. life jacket must be worn if you use a boat.
